Introducing Liezle Carlos, our Contractor Liaison

Following a thorough interview process, we've gained insight into her dedication to consistently delivering the best service. We're proud to spotlight Liezle for her contributions. 

  • Question: Can you tell us about your academic qualifications and your journey in the professional world?

    Answer: Certainly. I obtained my bachelor’s degree in business administration. Following that, I've worked across various roles within the financial industry, including Customer Service Representative, Bank-Fraud Analyst, and Team Manager.

  • Question: What are your primary responsibilities as a Contractor Liaison?

    Answer: As a Contractor Liaison, my main responsibility is managing a range of contractor needs. This involves addressing general queries and assisting in resolving any issues they encounter during their employment period.

  • Question: What is the overarching goal of your position as a Contractor Liaison?

    Answer: The primary goal of my role is to provide quality service and support to contractors in various areas, such as timesheet errors, HR support, insurance inquiries, and workplace issues.

  • Question: How have your experiences in the financial industry contributed to your skill set?

    Answer: Over my 8 years in the industry, I've honed my technical, decision-making, and management skills. These experiences have provided me with invaluable expertise that I apply daily in my current role as a Contractor Liaison.

  • Question: Outside of work, how do you spend your time, and what inspired you to create special rituals with your children?

    Answer: When I'm not working, I prioritize spending time with my kids. I've established special daily rituals to foster a strong relationship and connection with them, which I believe is crucial for our bond and their development.

We are thrilled to report that an impressive 75% of our esteemed staff members engaged in the process, showcasing our collective commitment to overall well-being and the importance of our benefits package.

  • During the Open Enrollment period, we introduced two new benefit products aimed at enhancing your overall health and wellness, Vision and Dental Insurance to our benefits offering. These new options reflect our dedication to providing a robust benefits package that aligns with the diverse needs of our workforce.

  • To ensure that you have the necessary resources and information to make informed decisions about your benefits, we are excited to introduce a new initiative. Liezle Carlos, your dedicated Contractor Liaison, will be reaching out to each of you on a monthly basis. Liezle will be available to provide personalized support, answer any questions you may have, and share valuable information about your benefits or other concerns. This initiative is designed to enhance your employment experience with HireResource and for us to be more accessible to your individual needs.
