My background initially in hospitality and later in ESL teaching has shaped my journey. Transitioning into Human Resources, I've gained extensive experience in roles such as HR Coordinator, HR Representative, Senior Sourcer, and Operations Support, deepening my understanding of HR practices and employee relations. 

My strengths include decision-making, motivation, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence. I'm dedicated to enhancing employee experience and driving organizational growth within HR.
